Overview
The Airport Advisory Board makes recommendations to the City Manager and City Council on policy matters related to the airport and aviation activities within the city. Its key responsibilities include developing and updating an airport master plan for City Council approval, advising on all aviation-related matters within the city and county, and serving as the Airport Zoning Board.
Board Membership
- The board consists of seven members, appointed by the City Council.
- Members serve two-year terms and may continue to serve until a successor is appointed.
- No member may be appointed for more than two consecutive terms unless approved by a majority vote of the City Council.

- When: 1st Tuesday of the 2nd month of each quarter at 5:30 p.m.
- Where: Palestine Municipal Airport
- Public Access: Meetings are open to the public and follow all requirements of the Texas Open Meetings Act.
