Are you passionate about your community? Do you want to help shape the future of Palestine? One of the most impactful ways to get involved is by serving on a city board or commission.

These volunteer groups provide guidance on local policies, land use, parks, public services, historic preservation, and more. They offer residents the opportunity to share ideas, apply local knowledge, and help ensure community values are reflected in City decisions.

We welcome applications year-round. Serving on a board or commission is a great way to learn about city government, build leadership experience, and give back to the community.
